The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Fazl Ali College is organising a Two-Day Faculty Development Programme on “Office Procedures and Financial Administration” from 30th -31st July. The Resource persons for the programme include Shri I. Aochuba Pongener, Additional Director, Treasuries & Account Kohima, Nagaland and Shri Asalie Lese, NCS Deputy Secretary, Personnel & Administrative Reforms Department Kohima, Nagaland. The first day commenced with a short opening programme chaired by Mr. Watitoshi Ao, Asst. Professor & HoD Mathematics and an introductory note addressed by Smt. Bendangsenla, IQAC Coordinator. Sessions on ‘Financial Management and Audit’, and ‘Pension: OPS, NPS and UPS’ was conducted with Shri I. Aochuba Pongener as the Resource Person who presented a detailed structure of the subjects.
The programme aims to strengthen faculty competencies in office administration and institutional governance through practical training on office procedures, file processing, noting and drafting, official communication, record maintenance, financial management, audit and pension systems.
